About the Event
“Bloom & Cycle” is a one-day workshop designed for guardians and their daughters aged 9-18 Participants will engage in interactive sessions led by experts in adolescent health and wellness.
Topics covered include understanding puberty changes, menstrual health,
hygiene practices, emotional well-being, and effective communication strategies.

Our Mission
Through “Bloom with Me,” we aim to:
Educate girls about menstrual health and hygiene.
Equip them with essential products to manage their periods with dignity.
Empower them to break the stigma around menstruation and foster peer support.
Provide ongoing support through educational events, counseling, and access to supplies.
Bloom with Me Program Features
Educational Workshops: Hosted by healthcare professionals to provide accurate and relatable information.
Period Kits: Free kits including pads, tampons, and other essential items distributed to participants.
Interactive Activities: Promoting self-confidence, peer bonding, and destigmatization of menstruation.
Scholarships with Support: Yearly scholarships for girls in need, including college students, to provide a full year’s supply of menstrual products. This ensures they can focus on their studies without worrying about basic necessities.
Period Pop-Ups (Ongoing Support): Following the April 2025 “Bloom with Me” event, we will host Period Pop-Ups at participating schools. These pop-ups will provide continued education, emotional support, and essential supplies to participants.
Licensed Counseling Support: To address the mental and emotional aspects of menstruation, we will offer ongoing access to licensed counselors for participants. This support will empower young girls to navigate their periods with confidence and emotional resilience.
